USA on The Verge of Cliff

(picture from Huffington Post)

A vaincre sans péril, on triomphe sans gloire.
Reminder to everyone who wants to be powerful, if you're ready to be on the top means you're ready to perhaps fall anytime; that's why we're always told to be cautious. As we're raising, the earth may shake and the weather may be stormy. Have a firm grip and never throw in the towel. The show has begun but please be advised it'll never end until the climber falls and dies.
Anyway, never forget to prepare all equipments before you start climbing the mountain.

Those who understand international politics will second the idea of a nation's power: Money, Weapon, and Culture. Thus, they all are reasons why USA has been the superpower country, so called. Possessing all of the criteria makes USA invincible when it comes to political interest. But time keeps flowing; things change continuously. Not to mention, yǒu qián néng shǐ guǐ tuī mó. That's why money talks louder.

For past few years, USA has been facing the instability of financial issue. Ironically, the government decided to suffer from debt instead of getting more wages. We probably really have to question what's in the brain of the Republicans and particularly, Bush back then, since the term is called Bush Tax Cuts. However, they said it's for the sake of the public economic growth; because what's a country without its people?

Now the time has come for finally USA to show a novelty. Alternative Minimum Tax is definitely an outdated concept, or at least it has to be improvised. Otherwise, a tangible domino disaster will appear: Tax increase and Budget cutting for Medicare.
Poor poor, they can barely keep their health, and it will be even more difficult to access the medicare.

Obama, on the other hand, has come with his developed brain in his 2nd term, after seeing some failures in his previous leadership. Tax increase should be applied to some groups of society before Fiscal Cliff takes the whole nation down. But there is one problem, as always: Republicans.

The improvisation proposed by Barack Obama is: tax increase only to fewer than 2% of citizens, who notably are super rich people. Moreover, the additional tax is only about 0.9%. What's so big deal, then? Especially knowing by doing so we can hopefully increase the budget for medicare. But you know what, Republicans have their own brains.

Having taken an oath not to let any increase for tax no matter what, oh really sounds so Republicans. Any member of the Republic who calls off their vow will be banished from their political career. That's basically their issue based on what I read from Kompas Newspaper about a month ago. This is exactly why running a country should never be mixed with occultism. A stupid vow is prioritized over lives of bunch of people? Come on!! Please have some senses.

Hopefully Barack can really negotiate with the brain of those Republicans. Brainwash, Hypnotize, Fortune Tell, Bribe, or anything to save the lives of Americans. Being able to deal with faithful-to-vow people is much a harder work than to deal with fiscal cliff, I bet. It's the real triumph.
